Known limitations of Share a table, alpha release

The ability to share tables is currently available as an Alpha Release. This feature allows you to configure a table and share it with a colleague for easier collaboration and investigation.

Known Limitation

• Tables can only be shared by inputting an email address that matches your corporate email domain.

• Tables can only be opened by users with an active DrugBank OS account. Free account holders are not able to open and view shared tables. 

• Sharing a table creates an individual copy for the recipient. Any changes made after a table is shared will not be transferred between the tables. 

Workaround

If you need to share a table with someone who does not have an active DrugBank OS account, we recommend exporting the table and sharing the data in a third-party spreadsheet.
